Push campaign Performance

The KPIs displayed will be more detailed compared to the ones available in your Global campaign push performance.

The KPIs available are the following:

  1. “Initial Target”: Number of trackable users targeted by a campaign
  2. “Total sent”: Number of push notifications sent
    1. “Direct open”: Number of push opening
    2. “Influenced Open”: Number of app start within 4 hours after push reception if the user did not perform a direct open.
    3. “Not open”: Number of users who received the push but did not open the app within 4 hours after push reception nor opened the push.
    4. “Not received”: Number of users who may have not received the push. It can happen if for example, a user is offline for the duration of your campaign (therefore is unable to receive it).
  3. “Not sent”
    1. “Uninstalled”: The users did not receive the push because he uninstalled the app
    2. “Opt-out push”: The users did not receive the push because they opted out on their app push notification settings.
    3. “Other”: The user did not receive the push due to another technical error (wrong configuration of the app push settings…).

A last (but not least) KPI will be available to measure your performance: Goal reached. It matches the number of users who triggered event Goal following a “Direct Open” or an Influenced Open”

A goal reached can only occur through a direct open or an influenced open!

If a targeted user triggered the conversion event set for the campaign goal not through an influenced open or a direct open, it will not be counted as a goal reached.

In-app campaign Performance

The KPIs displayed will be more detailed compared to the ones available in your Global campaign in-app performance.

The KPIs available are the following:

  1. “Initial Target”: Number of trackable users targeted by a campaign
  2. “In-app displayed”: Number of in-app displayed
    1. “Interactions”: Number of interactions made by users with the in-app.
      1. If the interaction includes several screens, up to 2 levels will be displayed. The first interaction group in the flow will match the first screen to be displayed for the in-app, the second group the second screen…
      2. If the interaction group has more than 3 interactions to display, a “See others” will be available to check the details of this interaction group.
    2. “Dismiss button”: Number of times an in-app has been dismissed through the CTA. A dismiss button will be specific to a screen (hence to an interaction group). It will allow you to know if the user dropped the flow on the 1st or 2nd screen of an onboarding campaign for example.
  3. “In-app not displayed”: Number of in-app which were not displayed

A last (but not least) KPI will be available to measure your performance: Goal reached. It matches the number of users who triggered Goal event following the last interaction group.
