Goal reached
Campaigns can be linked to conversion goals. These goals can be set through events (completion of an order, premium subscription, creation of an account, use of a feature…)

You can configure a Campaign Goal from the campaign creation flow. This will allow you to associate a specific business objective with your campaign and measure related performance. This indicator is specific to each campaign.
We consider the campaign goal as reached if a targeted user triggers the goal event following:
- A “direct open” 10 hours after receiving a campaign.
- An “influenced open” 10 hours after receiving a campaign.
- An “In-app displayed” 10 hours after receiving a campaign.

The following KPIs can be tracked based on the date picker:
- A breakdown of the in-app ratings provided by users.
- A global average rating based on the feedback of your trackable users. This is not the rating of your app on the store but just the rating collected from the store rating booster campaign.
- Your total number of store redirects and its progression compared to the previous period.
This card is a single app card as it allows you to assess individually your iOS and Android app satisfaction. If you are in a cross-platform view, there will be one piechart per OS.
